If you’ve ever tried to send a shipment out of Lahore — a box of household items to a relative in Toronto, a container of textiles to a buyer in Dubai, or just a couple of suitcases for your daughter starting university in Manchester — you already know the problem. Half the «cargo companies» in this city quote you a price over the phone, then add three more charges once your box is already sitting in their warehouse.
We run our International Cargo Services in Lahore operation differently. Every quote is in writing before you hand over your shipment, and it covers packing, freight, and clearance — not just the freight number that looks good on WhatsApp.
We handle both air cargo and sea cargo out of Lahore, to the UK, USA, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and a fairly long list of other countries below. Some of it moves through Allama Iqbal International Airport, and the bulk sea shipments route through Karachi Port, coordinated entirely from our Lahore office so you don’t have to deal with a second city or a second point of contact.
Air Cargo Services in Lahore
Air freight is what you use when the shipment can’t wait — documents, electronics, medical supplies, business samples, or personal effects for someone relocating on a deadline. It costs more than sea freight per kilo, and we’ll tell you that upfront rather than pushing it on you if your shipment doesn’t actually need the speed.
Most of what we move by air falls into a few categories:
- Certificates, degrees, and legal documents that need to reach an embassy or employer by a certain date
- Laptops, phones, and other electronics — packed to survive handling, not just wrapped in bubble wrap
- Medicine and time-sensitive commercial samples
- Personal baggage for students and workers moving abroad on short notice
How an air shipment actually moves through our hands
Cargo comes in, we weigh and measure it against airline restrictions (this catches more problems than people expect — a lot of «urgent» shipments get delayed at this exact stage because of how they were packed at home). Then it’s repacked properly, the airway bill and invoice get prepared, and we book it on the next flight that makes sense for the destination. Once it’s dispatched you get the airway bill number so you can track it yourself if you want to, and our partner on the other end clears it and either hands it over at the airport or delivers it to the door, depending on what you asked for.
Sea Cargo Services in Lahore
For anything bulky — household relocation, machinery, textile exports, a bulk order for an online store — sea freight is almost always the better call financially. It’s slower, sometimes by weeks rather than days, but the cost per kilo drops considerably once volume goes up.
There are two ways this usually works:
Full Container Load (FCL) — you get a sealed container to yourself. Nobody touches your cargo between Lahore and the destination port. Makes sense once your shipment is large enough to justify a whole container.
Less than Container Load (LCL) — your cargo shares a container with other shipments and gets sorted out at the destination port. Cheaper for smaller loads, but it does add a bit of time because of the consolidation step.
Honestly, most people don’t know which one they need until we’ve actually looked at their cargo volume — so we just calculate it for you before you commit to anything.
Where We Ship From Lahore
Cargo Service to UK
This is one of our busiest routes, mostly because of how many Lahore families have someone studying or working in London, Manchester, Birmingham, or Glasgow. We deal with UK customs paperwork often enough that it’s routine for us — duty calculations, restricted item checks, the usual.
Cargo Service to USA
US shipments need tighter documentation than most other countries — CBP filing, correct HS codes, and for certain goods, FDA or FCC compliance. This is the route where sloppy paperwork gets a shipment stuck at port for days, so we’re deliberately slow and careful at the documentation stage even when the client is in a hurry.
Cargo Service to Canada
A route that’s grown a lot over the past couple of years, driven mostly by students and families immigrating to Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary. Air freight for the urgent stuff, sea freight for the household goods that can wait five or six weeks.
Cargo Service to UAE
Short transit, high volume — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah. This corridor moves fast on our end because we do it constantly, both for individuals sending things to family and for commercial exporters.
Cargo Service to Saudi Arabia
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam. A mix of personal shipments to workers based there and commercial cargo, with a noticeable spike around Hajj and Umrah season every year.
Also covered
Australia (Sydney, Melbourne), Qatar (Doha), Oman (Muscat), Germany, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, and a handful of routes into Japan and other Asian hubs. If your destination isn’t on this list, ask anyway — there’s a decent chance we can still get it there through a partner.
What Sending a Shipment With Us Looks Like
- You call, message us on WhatsApp, or fill out the contact form with rough details of what you’re shipping.
- We assess weight and volume and tell you honestly whether air or sea makes more sense for what you need.
- Pickup happens from wherever you are in Lahore — home, office, warehouse.
- Packing is done to actual export standard, not just taped cardboard.
- We prepare all the documentation and handle export clearance ourselves.
- Your cargo ships out and you get tracking details the same day.
- On arrival, depending on what you picked, it’s either ready for pickup at the airport/port or delivered straight to the door.
Who Actually Uses This Service
Mostly it’s four kinds of people: families relocating abroad who need their household goods moved without breaking half of it, students shipping personal belongings before a semester starts, exporters in Lahore’s textile and leather sectors who need this done on a recurring schedule, and e-commerce sellers shipping bulk stock to overseas marketplaces. Occasionally it’s a corporate client who just wants one number to call instead of managing three vendors.
Questions People Usually Ask
How much will my shipment cost? Depends on weight, volume, destination, and whether you go by air or sea. We don’t quote blind — send us the details (or let us assess the shipment) and you’ll get a number in writing.
Is sea freight actually cheaper than air? For anything with real volume, yes, noticeably. For a single small parcel, the difference sometimes isn’t worth the extra wait. We’ll tell you which applies to your case.
How long does air cargo to the UK, USA, or Canada take? Usually a matter of days once it’s dispatched and cleared, though customs processing on the other end can add time depending on the country and what’s in the shipment.
Do you clear customs on both sides? We handle export clearance from Pakistan ourselves. On the destination side, we work through vetted partners so it doesn’t get stuck.
Can I track my shipment? Yes — once it’s dispatched you get tracking info and can follow it yourself.
Is door-to-door available everywhere? For our main routes — UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia — yes. For less common destinations, ask us when you book; it depends on what’s available on that specific route.
